Hi, I just wanted to share my experience at this clinic with you. It was more than satisfactory.I checked on Google Maps to find the closest clinic to my home (later I also asked my neighbor, and she said it was her dental clinic with very good reviews).It was a Friday afternoon, and one of my molars had broken and part of it was missing...The receptionist was very kind to me and gave me an appointment for the next day, which was Monday morning. I filled out an online questionnaire; these days it's essential to keep up with the latest technology.And on Monday at the appointed time, Dr. Kabir Singh Bhogal saw me, answering my questions very professionally and explaining the difficulty and possibilities of a new filling in a non-vital tooth...I liked his simplicity, his clarity, and his professionalism.There's something about him that makes you feel comfortable and confident.Although my dentist is in Spain, he couldn't leave that tooth unfilled because it would shift my entire denture, as you can see in the photo.His assistant... I’d like to give special thanks to the receptionis Louis .She is always welcoming, professional, and very organized. She makes the clinic run smoothly and creates a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I noticed when she was away, the clinic was not as organized, and when the manager Mihaela tried to cover her role, it caused confusion for clients. It’s clear the receptionist is very skilled in her position, and perhaps the manager’s strengths are better suited to other responsibilities rather than front desk work. She is truly a credit to the clinic.
